When you submit an application we collect the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give about your goals and situation. Our website and embedded services may also record basic technical data such as your browser type and pages viewed.

We use your information to review your application, contact you about your application and a possible strategy call, deliver the program if you enrol, and improve our materials. We do not sell your personal information.

The application form is provided by Typeform, and the program overview video is hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also use email and scheduling tools to communicate with applicants.

Embedded third-party content may set cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some embedded features may not work fully if you block them.

We keep application data for as long as needed to assess fit, communicate with you, and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact the team using the details in your application confirmation and we will respond.
