Submitting an application does not create a contract. Places are limited and every application is reviewed manually. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Enrolment terms, fees, and payment schedules are confirmed in writing before you join.

All course materials, videos, templates, scripts, and other content are owned by The FBA Launchpad and licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or publish them without written permission.

Fees, billing terms, and any refund or cancellation rights are set out in the enrolment agreement provided before purchase. Please read that agreement carefully and ask the team any questions before you commit.

Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour in coaching calls or community spaces, or sharing program materials outside the program, may result in removal without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The FBA Launchpad is not liable for lost profits, lost inventory, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
